- Warranty Coverage:
We warrant that the Enso Duo, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the provided instructions, will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. - Warranty Benefits:
During the warranty period, if your Enso Duo experiences any malfunctioning parts or defects resulting from the manufacturing process, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, free of charge. This includes the cost of labor and replacement parts, if necessary. - Warranty Exclusions:
Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, including but not limited to, drops, spills, misuse, improper handling, or any damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions. - Warranty Process:
If you believe your Enso Duo is experiencing a manufacturing defect or malfunction covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support within the warranty period. We may require proof of purchase or additional information to validate your claim. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement. - Limitations:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Enso Duo as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. - Statutory Rights:
This warranty is in addition to any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws or regulations. These rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
The Enso Duo is in development and once completed will be manufactured and shipped directly to you.
Currently, we're aiming for a ship date of late Spring of 2024. We're offering significant pre-order pricing for our early adopter customers that will never be available again after pre-orders have closed. Because this is a pre-order, refunds are not available for your Enso Duo prior to shipping.
Once shipped, we have a 30-Day return policy from the date your receive your unit(s).

Your Enso Duo is simple to care for, in line with most other units on the market.
However, because we use high quality copper in our design for its heat conductivity and anti-microbial properties, we do recommend some special care instructions for all of the copper elements of the unit.
- Hand wash the copper pot insert using warm water and a mild soap.
- Dry the pot insert thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing brushes that may scratch the surface.
- To maintain the shine, polish the copper pot insert occasionally using a copper polish or a homemade mixture of lemon juice and salt.
- Store the pot insert in a dry and non-humid environment to prevent tarnishing.
- If tarnish develops, remove it using a commercial copper cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and salt.
PLEASE NOTE: Always completely dry and air dry your pots before inserting them back into the unit.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
