Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions:

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and pre-order of the Enso Duo ("Product") from our website or any other authorized platform ("Platform"). By placing a pre-order and purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

2. Pre-Order and Shipping
2.1. Pre-Order: By placing a pre-order for the Product, you understand and acknowledge that the Product is currently under development and is expected to be shipped sometime in early 2024. However, this shipping date is subject to change without prior notice.
2.2. Delayed Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship the Product to you within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances or production delays may occur, leading to a delay in shipping. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any such delays and that the estimated shipping date is not a guarantee.

3. No Refunds
3.1. Pre-Order Commitment: Once your pre-order has been submitted and the payment has been processed, it is considered a firm commitment to purchase the Product.
3.2. No Refunds: You acknowledge and agree that pre-orders are non-refundable. Regardless of any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in shipping dates or any dissatisfaction with the Product, we do not provide refunds for pre-orders.

4. 30-Day Return Window
4.1. Return Eligibility: Following the delivery of the Product, you have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
4.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within the 30-day return window and follow their instructions regarding the return procedure.
4.3. Return Conditions: The Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any accompanying accessories, manuals, or promotional items must also be returned.
4.4. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned Product, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Product Availability
5.1. Limited Availability: The Product availability is subject to supply constraints and demand. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee the availability of the Product. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any pre-order in our sole discretion without providing any explanation.

6. Order Cancellation
6.1. Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order at any time before shipping, without any liability, if circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling your order. In such cases, we will provide a refund in the original payment method.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. By continuing to pre-order the Product, you accept and agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the pre-order, purchase, or use of the Product.

9. Governing Law
9.1. Applicable Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
