Enso Wax Pro Pricing Subscription Plan Policy

Overview

The Enso Wax Pro Pricing Subscription Plan makes it simple for licensed professionals and estheticians to keep their favorite waxes stocked—without having to reorder manually.

Subscribers receive 15% off every order, free shipping on all subscription orders over $200, and full control over their delivery frequency. The plan provides an accessible way to enjoy professional-level pricing and consistent supply, without bulk-order minimums.

By enrolling in the Enso Wax Pro Pricing Subscription Plan, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, renewals, inventory, data handling, and account management.

1. Billing and Payments

  • When you subscribe, your payment method is securely stored and automatically charged on each renewal date.

  • You can modify, pause, or cancel your plan anytime through your Enso Wax customer account.

  • Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Failed Payment Attempts

If a payment method fails:

  • Enso Wax will automatically retry the charge up to four (4) times, spaced three (3) days apart.

  • If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused automatically, and you’ll receive an email prompting you to update your payment method.

  • Once updated, you can resume your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

2. Inventory and Product Availability

Enso Wax does its best to maintain full stock of all subscription items. However, should an item be temporarily unavailable:

  • The system will automatically retry your order up to five (5) times, spaced two (2) days apart.

  • If the item remains unavailable after all retries, the order will be skipped, and you’ll be notified by email.

  • Your next scheduled renewal will proceed as planned unless you make changes in your account.

3. Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers have full flexibility to manage their plan through their Enso Wax account. You may:

  • Update your shipping address or billing method

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Pause, skip, or cancel an upcoming order

  • Resume a paused plan

If a renewal has already been processed, that order will still ship, and your cancellation will apply starting with the next billing cycle.

4. Pricing, Discounts, and Free Shipping

  • All active subscribers under the Pro Pricing Subscription Plan receive 15% off every order automatically.

  • Subscription orders qualify for free shipping on purchases over $200 (U.S. only).

  • Bulk-tier pricing (15–25%) applies exclusively to one-time purchases and does not stack with subscription discounts.

  • Pricing, discounts, and shipping thresholds may be updated from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Subscription orders are fulfilled on the same schedule as standard orders.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier availability and shipping destination.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking information via email.

6. Notifications and Communication

Subscribers will automatically receive notifications for:

  • Upcoming subscription renewals

  • Payment failures or paused plans

  • Inventory or order issues

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates

You can manage your communication preferences through your Enso Wax account or by contacting our support team.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your Pro Pricing Subscription Plan anytime before your next billing date.

  • Orders that have already been billed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@ensowax.com within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.

8. Data and Security

The Enso Wax Pro Pricing Subscription Plan operates using Shopify’s secure first-party Shopify Subscriptions platform.

  • All payment data is securely stored and processed by Shopify Payments, in full compliance with PCI DSS standards.

  • Enso Wax never has access to your complete payment details or full credit card information.

  • Any updates to your billing or payment details are handled securely by Shopify and automatically applied to future renewals.

  • Subscription data, including renewals, cancellations, and skips, can be viewed within your Enso Wax account and may appear in Shopify’s sales reports.

If the Shopify Subscriptions platform is uninstalled or discontinued, Shopify automatically deletes subscription-related data (excluding payment information) after 48 hours, in accordance with its data-retention policy.
Shopify may retain minimal anonymized transaction data for accounting and compliance purposes.

9. Data Analytics and Reporting

Shopify provides Enso Wax with aggregated insights into subscription performance, including renewal rates, active subscribers, and order history.
This data is used internally to:

  • Improve forecasting and stock management

  • Enhance customer experience

  • Offer more flexible plan options in the future

No identifiable payment information is ever stored or visible to Enso Wax.

10. Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method, shipping address, and account information remain accurate and up to date.
If your payment or address details change, please update them in your Enso Wax account to avoid interruption of your Pro Pricing Subscription Plan.

11. Policy Changes and Termination

Enso Wax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Pro Pricing Subscription Plan or this policy at any time.
If substantial changes are made, subscribers will be notified in advance via email or through the Enso Wax website.
Continued participation in the plan after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
