What were the key contributors to your success in 2025, and do you plan to build on them in 2026?
In 2025, one of the biggest contributors to my success was learning to do less, but with far more intention. Instead of adding more, I focused on refining the foundation, our systems, client experience, and team culture while also being more mindful of my own capacity and wellbeing.
By protecting my energy and creating healthier boundaries, I was able to lead more clearly and make better decisions, which resulted in more consistent and sustainable growth. In 2026, I plan to build on this by continuing to prioritize both business health and personal wellbeing, knowing they directly support one another.

What were the key contributors to your success in 2025, and do you plan to build on them in 2026?
The top contributors to my success in 2025 are focusing on Google reviews, and building relationships with people in the esthetics industry. Yes, staying on top of Google reviews is one of the best ways to build clientele, in my opinion. The majority of my new clients come from Google searches.
Networking with people, specifically IECSC West Palm Beach 2025, was a highlight of my year. Having those connections to bounce ideas off of, or get inspiration from, or just have those people to cheer you on is important to me, and I hope to gain more of that in 2026!

What were the key contributors to your success in 2025, and do you plan to build on them in 2026?
2025 was a year of strong and steady growth. One of the biggest contributors to my success was the incredible team I've built. Their professionalism, care for clients, and willingness to grow alongside the business made a huge difference in day to day tasks.
Another key factor was continued focus on education and skill refinement. Investing in advanced techniques allowed us to deliver truly customized experiences.
In 2026, my focus is on deepening, not rushing. The goal is to build an even stronger foundation through mentorship and confidence building. I want every esthetician and therapist on my team to feel highly skilled, supported and proud of the work they do. This will look like more hands-on training, refining protocols, and expanding product knowledge. Ultimately, 2026 is about raising the bar together, for the team, for our clients and for the experience as a whole, while continuing to lead with integrity, intention and heart.

What were the key contributors to your success in 2025, and do you plan to build on them in 2026?
The Wax Room’s success in 2025 came from building on our brand already rooted in trust and experience by staying disciplined with intentional growth.
We strengthened our team culture by leading with humanity, consistency, hands-on training, and protecting the vibe. In 2026, we plan to build on that same foundation by refining our systems even more, growing laser and loyalty with intention, and continuing to prioritize both client experience and team wellbeing as we scale.
